Matthew Shelby, Housing Project Inspector

Matthew Shelby is the Housing Project Inspector for the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation. Under the supervision of the Housing Director, Matt screens properties for necessary repairs, writes up project specifications, inspects completed repairs, and communicates deficiencies.
