The City of Youngstown and YNDC have begun neighborhood improvement projects across the city. This work is focused on blocks with new housing development underway or planned in the near term. The work includes the replacement of broken and failing sidewalks, removal of dead and dying street trees, planting of new street trees, and other targeted improvements.
