PNC Foundation Provides $7,000 Grant for Essential Repair

The PNC Foundation has awarded a $7,000 grant to YNDC to complete essential home repairs at no cost to low-income owner-occupied households in the Mahoning Valley.

The home repair program addresses critical deficiencies that jeopardize the immediate safety and long-term sustainability of the home which primarily include leaking roofs, non-functional furnaces and hot water tanks, plumbing leaks, and accessibility modifications, as all of these items are vital to the function, safety, and sustainability of any home.
