YNDC Completes Tree Planting at Former McGuffey Mall in Collaboration with Western Reserve Port Authority

YNDC has completed the planting of 85 trees around the perimeter of the former McGuffey Mall site on the east side of Youngstown. The site is currently being cleaned up and remediated by the Western Reserve Port Authority so it can be marketed for reuse.
