YNDC Seeks Single Family Housing Design-Build Proposals

The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC) is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors (Contractor) to provide comprehensive design-build services for the construction and related site work for one (1) single-family residence to be located on an individual vacant lot at 681 Hull Street, Sharon, Pennsylvania 16146. The project timeline is six (6) months.  

Contractors shall address any questions they may have regarding this RFP and their final submittal to the Owner. Answers to RFP questions will be shared with all Contractors.
