SitemapThe Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation released the annual report highlighting its accomplishments in 2024, including new housing, neighborhood cleanup and health initiatives. Among some of the major accomplishments was the construction of a new neighborhood on Bernard Street on the city’s South Side. One of the houses has been completed with a new resident already settled in. They plan to complete construction on two more single-family homes on the street, breaking ground at the beginning of the year.
