Youngstown to Complete 100 Emergency Home Repairs after $1 Million Grant - Mahoning Matters

The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation was recently awarded a $1 million grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati’s Affordable Housing Program for home repair in Youngstown. The grant award of $1 million will be used to complete emergency home repairs on 100 homes in the City of Youngstown.
