SitemapThe Mahoning County Land Bank and Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. are partnering to sell a newly renovated commercial building on the city’s west side.
The building, 984 Bears Den Road, has sat vacant for more than a decade and YNDC acquired it earlier this year before starting renovations. Among the renovations are a new roof, two new furnaces, restored utilities, overhead doors and a staircase leading to storage loft. Other features include two small offices, a bathroom, a heated garage and a fenced backyard.
The building, which previously housed a company that made aluminum construction products and an auto repair shop, is 2,240 square feet, including 1,926 square feet of heated garage space. It is listed at $89,000 and the property is zoned industrial green.
