The City of Sharon is proud to announce a new partnership with the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC) to launch a comprehensive housing rehabilitation initiative aimed at strengthening neighborhoods and improving housing conditions for residents.
The Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley (CMFV) awarded $944,600 in grants during its first grant cycle of 2026, supporting 57 nonprofit organizations in the Valley.
A new housing rehabilitation program is underway in Sharon thanks to $1.4 million in grants awarded to the city as a result of a partnership with the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp.
