On Tuesday, March 10th, YNDC finalized its sale of 3502 Glenwood Avenue in the Indian Village Neighborhood on Youngstown's South Side to first-time homebuyer Amanda Cresanto.

The fully rehabilitated 1,895 square foot single family home includes 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms as well as a large living room, a formal dining room, a spacious kitchen, full basement, and attached 1-car garage.
