YNDC Completes Business Improvement Projects on McCartney Road

YNDC completed business improvement projects on McCartney Road with the support of Second Ward Councilman Jimmy Hughes and American Rescue Plan funding from the City of Youngstown. Improvement projects were completed at nine businesses along the McCartney Road corridor. These projects are part of ongoing East Side neighborhood stabilization efforts.
