YNDC will offer two opportunities in February for individuals interested in home ownership to attend its first Homebuyer Club workshop entitled Session 1: Are You Ready to Buy a Home?.
The workshop will be presented both Wednesday. February 12th, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and Monday, February 17th (President's Day), from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This session will cover whether owning a home is right for you, how to buy a home, the mortgage payment and other costs of home ownership, how much you can pay for a house, lending ratios, and whether you are ready to buy a home. The workshops will be held at YNDC's office at 820 Canfield Road, with parking available at 822 Billingsgate Avenue. Seating is limited, so please call 330.480.0423 to reserve you seat.
