On Friday, December 18, 2020, the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation was awarded a $409,032 grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh’s Affordable Housing Program to construct two new rental units on Mineral Springs Avenue in the Idora Neighborhood.

On Thursday, December 17, the  Aimee and Lulu Seidel Foundation awarded a $5,000 grant to revitalize the first floor of 1810 Volney Road as a Neighborhood Action Center to provide public meeting and gathering space for Youngstown residents working to organize together to improve their neighborhoods.
