YNDC Seeks Qualified Environmental Professional

YNDC is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide environmental professional, assessment, clean-up planning, remediation-oversight, regulatory-support, and grant-implementation services under YNDC’s U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) FY 2026 Brownfields Multipurpose Grant Cooperative Agreement. This funding award allows YNDC, the City of Youngstown, and its partners to assess and potentially clean-up contaminated sites located along Glenwood Avenue on Youngstown’s south side.
