On Wednesday, November 3, YNDC's Executive Director presented a webinar to more than 100 planning, development, banking and other professionals on the work of YNDC titled, "Relentless Incrementalism: The YNDC Approach to Neighborhood Stabilization in Youngstown, Ohio."

The PNC Foundation has awarded a $7,000 grant to YNDC to complete essential home repairs at no cost to low-income owner-occupied households in the Mahoning Valley.

YNDC has completed the planting of 85 trees around the perimeter of the former McGuffey Mall site on the east side of Youngstown.

Through the Mahoning Valley TreeCorps program, YNDC, Youngstown Cityscape, and Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership planted a total of 357 2" caliper shade trees in Youngstown and Warren neighborhoods during the fall planting season.

The Mahoning County Land Bank and YNDC have completed the construction of three new homes in the City of Struthers, City of Campbell, and Village of Sebring.
